1 cup Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt
3 tablespoons Tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon sumac
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ cup pepitas
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon mild red chili powder, such as Harissa or Aleppo
