SALMÓN CON SALSA CREMOSA DE LIMÓN: Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat and add lemon juice, capers and lemon-pepper powder. Cook another 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook another 5 minutes, or until hot. Meanwhile, put the salmon in the tray or pyrex and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is opaque.
