Coconut & Chilli Panko Prawn Bao

Coconut & Chilli Panko Prawn Bao : Dip prawns in seasoned flour, shake off excess, dip in egg and then breadcrumbs, and then back in to the egg and double breadcrumbed. Fry for 1½-2 mins until golden. Open Bao bun and spread one side with Hoisin Sauce. add a good handful of carrot & cucumber pickle. add the prawns, around 4-6 per bun.
